Within the Track Manager system, prices and fees can be set for certain days, particularly to promote slow days or special events. 

To increase repeat visitation, discounts can be offered to members or regular users of your park. The pricing structure can be determined by age ranges, tracks or by booking consecutive days. 

 

Your customers can book day rides and can add multiple riders to the one booking, paying in one simple transaction. 

 

Track Manager assists in streamlining the check in process, as park staff can scan in a unique barcode from the customers booking receipt or phone app. Alternatively, Track Manager has a system generated daily sign on sheet, which customers are required to sign prior to entering the track.


Track Manager allows your customers to create a user account which is easy to maintain and allows them to make a booking in 5 simple clicks. The customer account shows all ride history at your park and any credits that may have been applied, that can be used for future bookings. 


Your park can utilize important demographic data on your customers, for future marketing and advertising campaigns or sponsorship. 

An Email or Notification system available within Track Manager provides a convenient and cost efficient way to communicate, build and establish a relationship with your customers.
